We offer free shipping, and no additional taxes will be charged.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping from US local warehouses.
For items that are currently out of stock, the estimated arrival time will be shown on the product page. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.
In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Please allow 3–8 business days for delivery. For pre-orders, please refer to the estimated shipping date listed on the product page.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.

Before Shipping
Order Cancellation
If you cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, no processing fee will be applied.
Replacements and Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong model and would like to place a new order, the processing fee for the original order will be waived once the second order has been received.
Address Change
No additional fees will be charged for updating your shipping address.
After Shipping
Order Cancellation
If your order has already been shipped and can no longer be modified, you may choose to reject the delivery. In this case, a cancellation fee of 10% of the item’s cost will be applied. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for a return shipping fee of $150. For the return address, please contact us through contact page.
Change of Address
If you need to change your shipping address after the order has been shipped, please contact us. TROMOX will provide the tracking number and the carrier's contact information. You will need to coordinate the address change directly with the carrier, and any costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.
Replacements and Exchanges
A) If your exchange request is successful, a $20 processing fee will be applied.
B) If the exchange cannot be completed and you choose to reject the package, a 10% reshipping fee based on the item cost will be charged.
C) If you decide to cancel the order, a 10% processing fee will apply, and you will also be responsible for the $150 return shipping cost.
Order Tracking
You can track your order and shipping details through your account on tromox.us if you have registered. If you haven’t registered, you can still track your order using your order number. For additional shipping inquiries, please email us at info@tromox.com , and we will respond as soon as possible.
If the logistics system shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 business days. After this period, we will no longer handle such cases, and customers will need to resolve the issue directly with the shipping carrier.
Kindly Notes:
Shipping times may be affected by customs clearance delays or public holidays. If you have not received your package within the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
During public holidays, shipping and manufacturing operations may be limited. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control. Normal service will resume promptly after the holiday period.
It may take a few days after shipment for the tracking number to become active in the courier’s system. If tracking information is not yet available on the courier’s website, please check again later.
All estimated delivery times are based on historical data and are approximate; actual delivery times may vary.
