Notes:

 

1.       If you pay by credit card or debit card, we will receive temporary authorization to charge your card once you have completed the payment process. We will charge your card when your order is shipped or when the temporary authorization period ends, whichever comes first. Temporary authorization periods for different payment methods are as follows:

 

MasterCard, JCB: 28 days

 

Visa, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay: 7 days

 

2.       Different payment methods cannot be combined, and only one bank card can be used per order.

 

3.       If a PayPal dispute occurs before shipment, the order will be held because PayPal will withhold payment under such circumstances. Please resolve the dispute to proceed with your order.

 

4.       Customers cannot use credit or debit cards if the order amount exceeds USD $10,000.

 

5.       For your protection, orders are subject to TROMOX’s verification procedure. You may be asked to verify that you are the cardholder or that the order information is legitimate. TROMOX reserves the right to refuse an order if the order or payment information cannot be verified and will issue a refund via the same payment method used.
