You can request our product warranty service if a performance problem occurs during the actual warranty period, by sending an email to info@tromox.com , our agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Service coverage

The warranty begins on the date the motorbike is received. The warranty period varies for different parts:

1.Motor and controller - 2 years or 8000 km
2.The body - 12 months
3.Battery - 18 months

the customer must offer valid proof of purchase for warranty coverage. spare parts are available for sale after the warranty period has expired.

• Avoid using in rain, or bad conditions
• After using your Tromox vehicle, use a clean fabric to clean the surface to avoid the water stain and prevent corrosion and dust accumulation.
